All sounds in this piece are derived from one 2-minute long segment of a speech about Welfare and Affirmative Action delivered in January, 2003.

I sequenced the vocal samples using AudioMulch’s Drums contraption, and added in a couple of normal drum sounds. For some reason they were all playing much too fast. So I slowed the whole mix down to 50% speed and it sounded better. Later on I added a bassline and a synth part with the Virus.
